Don't close your doors by pushing on the glass. Your window will loosen up over time. Push on the rubber molding or the door panel itself.
If you have a pre-98 Avenger with badly faded side-view mirror enclosures, you have two options: You can try cleaning the plastic with dishwashing detergent. You may also try a platic cleaner and polish. These methods are temporary only. The surface will gradually cloud over again. The better option would be to replace the housings with those from a 1999 or 2000 model. Chrysler will do nothing to fix this eyesore. You might want to try scrapyards and see if you can get a nice pair for cheap.
